1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and babul888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the babul888 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting features, promotions, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using babul888 and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments that may be made from time to time in accordance with the update procedures described herein.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus terms, or other platform communications, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific written exception has been granted by babul888 in writing.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Responsibilities

Each registered player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

babul888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify babul888 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Usage

Your babul888 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether for placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, redeeming bonuses, or any other purpose. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your full responsibility.

Players must keep their registered contact information, including email address and phone number, up to date at all times. babul888 uses registered contact details for account security communications, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications. Outdated contact information may delay support response times and withdrawal processing.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. babul888 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, deducted from the available account balance. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an account by contacting support.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

babul888 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions must be conducted through a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether deposits from or withdrawals to accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being flagged for review.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. Any such action will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover amounts unlawfully reversed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes from the point of approval by the babul888 finance team:

• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank: within 1–3 business days

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on babul888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on babul888.

Bet Acceptance

babul888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Errors and Malfunctions

The platform's records are the definitive source of truth for all bet outcomes and account balances.

Sports Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and the platform's right to suspend or close markets at any time. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on babul888. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on babul888, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain advantage or profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering or using babul888 for any illegal financial activity, including processing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on genuine gambling transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any babul888 staff member or other player through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or to babul888's internal systems without authorisation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

babul888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under babul888's responsible gaming programme.
• A court order or instruction from a lawful authority requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their babul888 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@babul888. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to babul888. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by babul888 — all pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules. Settled winnings will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Access to the account will be disabled and the account history will be retained in accordance with applicable data retention requirements. Players who have been closed for breach of Terms are not eligible to re-register on babul888.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming programme will not be permitted to reopen their account or register a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of the self-exclusion agreement and the new account will be closed immediately.
